A good friend is having a Stranger Things themed birthday party & I had to admit to her I'd never watched it. She asked me to start the series, so I watched ep 1 last night. Now I remember why I had skipped the series. I don't do horror. Not at all. I could probably have read this if it were books, but the visuals & the mood of it is too spooky for my very active imagination. I think I'll just read the Wikipedia entry for it.

@LJ Good choice. I like the series but, if season 1 episode 1 put you off, you *really* don’t want to go further in. Season 2, in particular, was 😱🤢
