I've abandoned Xmas here. So rough with this cold on top of #LongCovid and my period.
Running DnD at 2 for folks struggling and watching #Strictly , but otherwise Xmas is a write off for me this year.
Why? Because people won't mask to protect me.
@alexisbushnell I’m sorry you're feeling unwell! Hope the codeine helps and you found something yummy to eat. I had to change my plans too because of a cold and LC. So now I’m just enjoying some tasty leftovers and watching fairy tales. Highly recommend it!

We've just put Die Hard 5 on. I managed to eat some cheese and crackers so it's not all bad.
No leftovers for me cos I didn't cook though!
Cracking out the codeine here to try & at least reduce the enormous increase in #LongCovid symptoms caused by this cold.
So much pain. Wearing 3 layers of warm PJs and a blanket atm. Struggling to breathe.
@Uair thankfully it does seem to help me, I take it sparingly when the pain is very bad.
