Someone unloaded a _lot_ of Dell Latitude 3340 laptops on Goodwill. Most seem to have 4GB of RAM and no charger, but they seem to be working.
They're $25 each with 1 cent shipping. 5 years ago I would have been jumping on this, but my needs are currently met for these specs.
I don't have any stake in these listings, but this sounds like something that some of you might find interest in so I'm sharing it.
These $25 laptops are magnitudes faster than my first laptop I bought for thousands of dollars. Gigahertz! Gigabytes! Multi cores! And color screen with a battery that lasts. Can run Unix like operating systems at blazing speeds with thousands of concurrent internet connections! $25. What a time to be alive!
I should add that while there's an expiration time for the listings the store in question seems to keep re-listing them for the same price. This is maybe the 3rd time I've seen them pop up.
