@kimlockhartga Yeah! I think this is why I found it so interesting since I’m the one with face blindness. Like, I couldn't even recognize my next door neighbor at a grocery store because I typically can only recognize people when they're in a known/familiar setting.
But I do know the difference between these people.

Hm. Got a little bit of the "Lucas Lee" look there with Evans, but if you just look at bits, they're easy to see they're different. Eyebrow shape and height from top of eyes, width of nose at bridge and nostrils, lip thickness, cheekbones. For some reason, it's hard for me to differentiate jaw shapes, so for nothing there.
Now ask me WTF these people are, and I blank on most of them. 🤷♂️
@Alice I don't see how he sees them as all the same, but we don't all have the same ability to distinguish or even remember faces.

@Alice @kimlockhartga In case this interests you... I'm kind of in your husband's camp in the sense that it's not obvious to me that these are all different people, and the reason is that, although I do see differences between the pictures, in my experience a person's appearance varies over time and depends on what they're wearing and on environmental factors like lighting conditions, and the range of that variation is wide enough to encompass all three pictures. Dunno if that might factor into what he's thinking.
Then again you could also show me several photos of the same person and it wouldn't be hard to convince me they are not the same 🤷

I do have a bit of face blindness. I can tell the difference here because I've watched a lot of media with these people, but until I do, I can't tell the difference.
@katrinakatrinka Yeah, I definitely have face blindness but these are three people I can definitely tell apart. But mainly because I think James Marsden is boring and Chris Evans is doofy and Ian Somerhalder is charming.

James Marsden is the only one I recognize. He and the middle guy do look pretty similar. But their jawlines are a little different. I have no idea who the guy on the right is.
There are similarities, but they are clearly 3 different people.

@Alice Looking that sexy with that bad of a haircut is a phenomenon that needs to be investigated.
@Alice The differences are really obvious to me! Do many people have trouble telling them apart, or just your husband?
