@simon I fail to see how this is different than most big tech companies happily putting LLMs out there

Just today I've seen my old parents google for their village and got AI slop and historical hallucinations from Google about a bakery that does not exist, never did.

How's it different here? Because it's Rob Pike and only now he realizes this? Is he still at Google?
