Why aren't dog cafes as big a thing as cat cafes?

We have at least 3 cat cafes in SF, but I don't think I've ever seen a similar concept but with dogs.

Well there's WOOF! at the SF Eagle. But that's only an occasional thing.

@docpop I visited one in Korea and it can be done but there's a lot of barking. There are also bunny cafes!
