People shouldn't have to do this.
"We were paid to install someone else's software on your tablet" just shouldn't be a thing.
Not everyone has the money, time, skills, or interest to buy a Google Pixel tablet and install GrapheneOS. Nor should they.

@neil Happened recently to me on a Redmi phone. Tiktok, Temu and a game, idk which. Couldn't be stopped from installing but could be deleted, after. What the ever loving hell. Tablet I got half a year ago didn't have this, neither the one year old phone and so far all Xiaomi devices will let you uninstall almost everything, including system stuff you shouldn't, but the damn install couldn't be just waved away.
@neil Larry Ellison showing up in everyone's feeds, wearing an SS uniform, carrying a skateboard and saying "how r u my fellow kids."
And sometimes people wonder why I am so vocal about wanting my devices to be *my devices*, and using Free software because I want to be left alone.
Because companies pull off this sort of nonsense.
@neil Can’t stand any pre-installed stuff.

@neil Nor should google be getting paid for someone who wants to not be using their OS? Like hello?
Sorry, I do not understand.
@neil GOS? Eww, I have a hard time deciding if I hate Amazon thingy or GOS
Sorry if I have posted confusingly - this happened to an Amazon device, not a device running GrapheneOS.
@neil yea, I'm just saying that I hate both and can't decide which one I hate more - my Pixel runs LineageOS, because I hate fashware
@neil Some PCs have had bloatware pre-installed like this for decades.
But mine, which I've been buy from WoC since some time last century, don't - the punter *does* have a choice. https://www.woc.co.uk/
@neil funny how much everyone kicked off at Apple for the U2 album 10 years ago and now it's just "...meh". Gradual encroachment works, apparently.
