Got up today & called maga mike johnson & caught up on some work.
I feel it’s going to be a rough 2026.
We all need to use every coping skill out there to manage it all & more importantly not to give every part of ourselves to the chaos brought by reoubliKKKans.

83-86 veteran. what little i watched they were trying to call it 'law enforcement' with DEA jackets. not the army i was in but they were always doing some kind of 'genius' bs. getting rid of a dictator is nice but the reason is oil/money, drugs/money. our dictator will sell him a pardon for a donation to the new ballroom. i've been sitting out watching news except a few ukraine videos. love watching drones blow up t-72s. they call this lolipop or sunflower. salute
Yes I was a bit wakeful in the night and read there were explosions in Caracas, so turned off my phone and read my book til I fell asleep again. So I wasn't surprised this morning, but have been feeling a bit sick about things.

Thank you for asking! I am feeling much better and healing nicely I think. I wasn't able to get in to see a doctor so never got oral antibiotics. I think I am managing anyway. I am still short on stamina but headed in the right direction.
