#Denver has just become the second place to run off #Palantir! Peter Thiel will now be known as Florida Man. My condolences to #Miami as people there hate Palantir at least as much.
It's happening because people showed up over and over, in person, to take the technofascists on. This is what real resistance to technofeudalism looks like.

WOW! #Denver #Colorado resisters are on a roll. After months of other protests against #Flock camera surveillance, the city's auditor just straight up said he is not renewing Flock's contract with Denver at the end of March.
I've seen towns around the country winning these battles, but this is the first major city I've heard of.

Police did without all these surveillance systems before. Are they so dependent on it now they can't do the job the public wants them to do without 5 eyes?

Agreed, there's massive potential for abuse (as we are seeing) and it does not make us safer.
@MaryAustinBooks Yes. Participating in the surveillance state isn't just obeying in advance, its collaborating by default.
