Seems like a nothing burger at first… but it’s written by massive geoengineering proponent (and Gates Foundation consultant) Lowell Wood, and seconded by Nathan Myhrvold, Microsoft’s Chief Technology Officer at a time when Microsoft was talking a lot about climate while quietly getting into business with oil companies and developing AI that would help both produce and consume more energy."
