#TikTok habe ein "süchtig machendes Design" und verstoße damit gegen den #DSA - nun ist #Bytedance aufgefordert, das "grundlegende Design" zu ändern, sonst droht eine Geldstrafe.
Einerseits ein interessantes Vorgehen, weil die EU-Kommission auf die Verantwortung der Anbieter zielt.
Andererseits haben derartige Vorstöße in der Vergangenheit leider kaum für echte Verbesserungen gesorgt.
Es gilt also, abzuwarten...
