Ok, the curved transition mostly works. I'm much happier with it, at any rate.
So, here is a very stripey bag that I have no idea what I'm going to do with.
Back of the bag. You can see the rainbow stripes and a pocket with a line of six birds, Charley Harper style. There is a blue bird, a big hummingbird, a trogon, a green parrot, an oriole, and a wren. The bottom part of the pocket is a purple corduroy.
Bag is open. You can see the black and green to orange and back again striped fabric on the inside plus a pocket on the front that is horizontally oriented across the rainbow stripe.
Front of bag with the "other side" out. It has a glittery rainbow strap and the bag itself has a flap going over the body. The fabric is a rainbow stripe with some black stripes thrown in.
back of bag with a pocket with the same stripes of the body of the bag, but offset. The stripes are black and then multistriped from green to orange and back.
