I reset the counter again. We have literally $0.00 total. (My wife spent the last pennies on gas.) We have no way to buy dinner. Can anybody help us out?

We got the phone bill paid. (Thank you all!!!) I'm resetting the weekly food total because it left us with almost nothing afterward. We could use another boost!

Also, on the job front: It appears I may have gainful employment soon! I will keep you all posted. Thank you so much for helping us bridge the gap!

I could use a boost. We need $295.22 for our car insurance, due tomorrow.

We are *almost* prepared for the ice storm that might have us locked in for a week. We still need dog food (~$25), cat food (~$22), my metformin (~$13, assuming I can even get it refilled in time), and a few odds and ends that we weren't able to get on our first grocery run (~$25).

So around $85 should cover everything that we need to prep. We have almost $30 of that right now, so we need ~$60 to make sure we can cover everything without cutting it down to the last cent.

I could use another boost, please. We only have a few hours before we are out of time.

Apparently my wifi hot spot is *not* the solution I'd hoped it would be, for not having to pay for internet. I have run out of usage and it has throttled back so hard that I can't even get to the internet speed test page. I was able to load the Google landing page after some time, at least.

This means that I can't apply for jobs, much less attend any sort of interview that requires a live coding session to prove my skills, until my hot spot usage renews. But I'm two months behind on my internet payments, so I owe $131.90 to get it turned back on.

I don't want to ask for this because it's not necessary to survive and I already am completely dependent on the community. At the same time, this is my ticket to being able to support myself instead of asking for handouts. So here I am. Can anybody help me out with this?

Our phone and internet will be cut off in 2 days (1/11). We still need $626 to pay that. (It's multiple months.) Without it, I won't be able to job hunt or ask for help feeding my children. This is terrifying.

I took some out of our food money for my medications. We are down to $15.67 for dinner tonight, and we have bills coming up, one of them urgent. Even if I ace the upcoming interviews, there's no way I can manage this in the meantime, so I could really use your help. Please unboost/reboost the original post. Thank you!

Medication: $94/94 (monthly expense, already paid out of food money)

Water bill: $0/174 (due 1/10)

Phone bill: $0/$625.78 (past due 12/22, no internet w/o it)

Electric: $0/$195 (urgent, cutoff 1/5)

We have just enough for dinner -- very tight, but doable. But we are completely out of dog food aside from what's in the bowl rn. Would anybody be able to help us out so our pooches don't go without?
