My banking app just sent me a popup review prompt asking if I was enjoying using it, and someone needs to sit down with the person who wrote that text on this their first day on planet Earth and explain that enjoyment is not why humans use these things

@afewbugs although not as funny as the other replies, when we close an IT service desk ticket at work, the ‘customer’ gets a survey question, 2 buttons, are you happy or sad with the outcome, both buttons go to the same survey 🙄 which consists of a few questions, one of which is would you recommend our IT department to others, and another is would you use again… just crazy, the users, sorry, customers have zero choice of course and it’s even funnier when as an IT department employee you log a ticket for yourself and get the same survey 😂
