Using public transport for me means you are part of a collective of people that share their mode of transport. For me that means all people on board the vehicle have a shared responsibility that we make it to the location we want to be in good order.

Asking someone to turn the noise down. Giving a tissue to someone who ate an oliebol with powdered sugar and has dirty hands. Sharing a sip of water with someone who was suffering from the heat. Asking for help when someone is not doing well. Welcoming someone back in the train who said he didn't take the train for 10 years and was wondering if he took the right one.

These are all things I have done in public transport this year and to make it a welcoming place for everyone. Together we can make public transport happy transport 😊
