Introduction: I've had this account for over 2 years, following a few accounts and keeping up with current events, but I have not posted or engaged all that much.
Due to my doomscrolling, every so often I find it overwhelming and quietly zero-out my social media accounts. *Of course, I soon regret it and come crawling back.
