Since the Solstice has passed, I finally get to share pieces of a project I've been working on!

The thing with resin is that it doesn't need to breathe like a living body, which is something that is part of my tying ritual and I didn't realize it until it was missing. It also isn't squishy at all, which changes how I need to tension different parts of a tie. My rope bottoms are generally somewhat compressible, even if they think they aren't.

The shape of the resin mould is limiting in certain ways, but it doesn't stop me from decorating
