Welcome back to Nobody Asked Me, the column where I answer advice questions that were not sent to me. Today we are answering a question sent to Prudence at Slate Magazine, and I am sure Prudence gave a perfectly fine answer. Today's letter hit close to home for me, as someone who was "unconventional" with my name choice after I got married, so I felt like I just had to put in my two cents.
