@w7voa here is the problem with this message. Who says whether an order is lawful? Only the courts can tell. There is no black and white crystal clear ready to be applied provision in the Constitution. Every article and amendment can be interpreted in all different ways, and it’s only the courts that can say whether a specific interpretation is lawful. Soldiers are not lawyers and they are not judges. Asking them to assess whether an order is in compliance with the Constitution is nonsense.
