@mrundkvist we have most reports in Wikidata. I wonder if this could be modeled there or if it is too nuanced to be captured.

It should at least be possible to identify committee *instructions* that tell them what result they need to arrive at.
@mrundkvist Well, we have the property "has goal", but it needs a Wikidata item as a value, which makes it a bit clunky. I am not sure what other property we could use, but I'll ask around on our remote Wikidata fika this afternoon.
