We were gifted a #Ring doorbell several years ago. Then #Amazon bought Ring, and all the privacy violations, facial recognition, and ICE cooperation started. We decided to cancel so covered the doorbell with electrical tape. Then the fun began of trying to cancel the service. I've ended up contacting BBB and both my US senators in hopes that my account can finally be closed. I can uninstall the doorbell, but the billing has to stop too. Classic #enshitification :-(

This is the text I provided to the Better Business Bureau and to both my US senators. Thought briefly about contacting the US Dept of Commerce (interstate trade), but expect zero help from the feds while they work for this president.
