There's a word which has been cut into squares, each of which contains a part of the word, maybe with parts of some letters cut so they appear on different squares. The puzzle image is mostly in stripes of blue, but the jumbled, partly overlapping squares are white with black letters. The main clue is that one letter has a capital letter in it, marking the beginning of the word.
