Saw the Fediverse described as where elder millennial, Gen X and boomers go to retire from the internet, and immediately felt the peace that passes all understanding wash over me. None of have to struggle any longer. We completed our time.
@_elena @Natasha_Jay I was just thinking the same thing: we shouldn't abandon our youth and leave them to the mercy of the predatory social media.
Are there any fedi servers for them?
Or, are they already setting up their own servers?
The music behind this should be a symphony playing the dial-up connection screeches, building like the THX crescendo.
@Natasha_Jay Hrm. Gen X lies between the two, there's many of us here, but we've been predictably overlooked.
