I like to think that only a small proportion of my posts are negative and I try to avoid adding my take to the endless stream of takes on the latest depressing developments. But I'll make a conscious effort to add more positivity to my little fedi neighbourhood.

here in the Mastodon Web interface (other fedi interfaces might vary), clicking on your profile and then the "…" gives me a "Hide boosts from @rl_dane" option if I only wanted to see your posts rather than things you boost.

Hopefully that can improve quality of life?
