I've been thinking and reading about whiteness lately, and what baffles me so much is how much information there is available for white people to learn about racism AND how much non-information there is available for white people to stay in their white bubble.
It's totally possible to live you're entire life thinking racism is some past faraway thing. Which is just so weird, I can't wrap my head around that.
You can read books, see movies, listen to music, podcasts, watch series, read the news without any reference to race, ever, if you want. It's so unsettling how people subconsciously go out of their way to stay white.
And if they run into something that shakes their brain a bit they just say they didn't like that and then go on to consume white shit again, readily available, everywhere.
