Some January freebies thanks to freecycle and freegle. A large window destined for the shed, some metal filing cabinet drawers for storage/planters and a wooden crate I’m thinking of turning into a wormbox. #RepairReuseRecycle #Allotment #SolarPunk
Beside a compost bay covered in hessian is a large rectangular wooden crate. It stands above the ground on six wooden feet, three on each side. Winter sunlight is above a blue shed surrounded with water butts. Three transparent corrugated roof sections provide makeshift shed windows.
Four large and four small sized blue filing cabinet drawers are stacked two drawers high on a bench inside a shed. Winter sunlight throws shadows on the front of the drawers.
A window sits on a green garden table in a back garden. The window has three wood framed panels each containing six small glass panes. It has casement openings at each side and a centre top casement in the middle section. The top left glass pane is cracked. Seen through the right window panel a brindle boxer dog is standing on a small grassed area with a small orange toy at his feet.
