I attended today's "Ice Out For Good" protest and saw a protester wearing swimwear, an eagle mask and claws?

On a winter's day, in Chicagoland!

A young man wearing swimwear, lobster claws and an eagle head with a sign on his chest that reads: ICE kidnapped my neighbors and Trump stole my clothes and now BOTH are killing people. The temperature outside was 36F or about 2C and it was windy!
