People who know about internets - my WiFi is still dropping (about every 15 mins on video calls for a few seconds regardless of platform).
We have a repeater thingy now that actually works so I have full strength in my room, so it's not that anymore. And the problem has changed/improved.

Do I need to upgrade the WiFi to more faster better stronger?
What is the problem?
Why does it hate me?

We're with Zen full fibre 100.

@alexisbushnell Using 2GHz or 5GHz WiFi? 2GHz can be interfered with by microwave ovens or other 2GHz ISM devices.

@weezmgk erm, I don't know. Would it say on the router or the contract or something?

@alexisbushnell Probable marked on the outside of the router whether it's 2GHz & 5 GHz capable. Sometimes marked on the router as '2G' & '5G' (not to be confused with 5G cellular... but that's another story). Your phone will have settings for 2GHz & 5GHz wifi, it's set to one or the other (in Settings/connections, naturally)

@weezmgk thanks, I'll have a look on the router when I go downstairs.

I don't use my phone for calls though, just my laptop, so it won't be the phone setting.
