So, I found this strange abandoned (at least it looks that way) building on the Canadian side of the Niagara river at Niagara Falls.
I was originally struck by it because the design of this building reminded me of submarine pens, but obviously they weren't running submarines out of there.
I'd like to know what the building was actually used for (something big it looks like), but I can't find any information on it.
Any help or leads would be much appreciated.
