Wow, Blatter, former president of FIFA and Pieth, FIFA's former chairman of the Independent Governance Committee of oversight, advise NOT to attend the World Cup.

Pieth: “There’s only one piece of advice for fans: Stay away from the USA! You’ll see it better on TV anyway. And upon arrival, fans should expect that if they don’t please the officials, they’ll be put straight on the next flight home. If they’re lucky.”

This image is a protest graphic advocating for a boycott of the 2026 FIFA World Cup matches scheduled to be held in the United States.

The background features a wide-angle, nighttime shot of a modern soccer stadium filled with fans. The stadium appears to be SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles (one of the confirmed 2026 host venues), recognizable by its distinctive white, translucent canopy roof illuminated with red and blue accent lights. The overall aesthetic is high-contrast and somber, intended to convey a serious political message rather than a sporting celebration.

The graphic contains the following text in bold, white font:

Main Header: "BOYCOTT THE 2026 WORLD CUP" (written in large, italicized caps).

Context Statement: "In the summer of 2026, the USA will partner with Canada and Mexico to host the FIFA World Cup."

Call to Action: "Join us in calling for a boycott of the USA as a host."
