If anyone is interested in a hilarious update on my Microsoft ticket…
Apparently my subscription doesn’t include the full usage of their Bookings app. I have to use custom hours for each appointment type instead of using my regular office hours as indicated in my calendar.
That’s fine, not the biggest deal.. except the 2+ hours wasted trouble shooting it with the Microsoft tech.
This probably should have been the first thing he thought of checking.
