An Edwardian Baroque commerical building on Sauchiehall Street in Glasgow. Built in 1904, it was designed by John Keppie. Keppie trained under James Sellars and Archibald Campbell Douglas, as well as at the Glasgow School of Art and the École des Beaux-Arts in Paris. He would later become one of the key mentors of the man who would go on to become one of the city's most famous architect, Charles Rennie Mackintosh.
