Real Politik as Effective Representation?

Alberta presents a new challenge to Canadians. When a politician, such as Danielle Smith and others, face allegations of corruption, of disarming government processes of ethics and accountability in conflicts of interest, and of support for separatists, where is the red line? Do Canadians even have effective representation from such a UCP? Have the UCP behaved in such a dishonest, dishonourable, and unprincipled fashion, in a sustained period of time, that they have finally denied Canadians of effective representation?
