President Donald Trump said Monday that he plans to lower tariffs on goods from India to 18%, from 25%, after Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi agreed to stop buying Russian oil.

This whole sanctioning Russian oil thing has become another massive self dealing racket. I understand that Ukraine is happy about it, but it has nothing to do with them, Trump is just happy that he has an excuse for his own corruption.
