U.S. Citizens:
Do you rely on registering to vote online? Do you have to vote by mail for any reason? Do you have no access to your original birth certificate or a U.S. passport?
If that’s you, you need to call your state senators TODAY and tell them to say NO to the SAVE Act which is on the verge of passing in the Senate.

The SAVE Act will:
*eliminate online voter registration
*eliminate mail-in ballots
*make people who changed their names after marriage have to provide additional proof like original birth certificates just to vote (“Papers, please.”)
*make millions of U.S. citizens abroad (including me) lose our right to vote by requiring an in-person presentation of ID. We will have taxation without representation.
*will lengthen voting lines by hours and hours as it forces people to verify themselves with *additional* forms of ID like original birth certificates or passports. Regular drivers’ licenses will no longer suffice.
