Vietnam is making plans for another potential US war on the country, according to an internal document.
The Vietnamese government fears intervention and/or a US-backed "color revolution" (ie, regime-change operation) to try to overthrow the communist party.
Vietnam's Ministry of Defense noted that the US is pressuring countries in Asia to “form a front against China”, which Hanoi refuses to do.
