@NorcalGma2 It's amazing how happy home-baked cookies can make a work crew. I had a furnace repair guy here struggling to replace a part; it took him long enough that he got still warm from the oven chocolate chip cookies, and the annual termite inspection guy lucked into the overflow (he'd been crawling under the house; I thought he really needed cookies, and he thought so too).
