No, Telegraph readers aren't three, but for reasons of either stupidity or malice, the mainstream press would very much like for everybody to have no recall, so that at the next opportunity, when this spineless POS vacates Downing Street, people will vote for another lying, incompetent rightwing grifter like Truss.
