A very active beach walk today. I managed to jog for thirty minutes. Summer loves it if I run. She gets so excited and will lead the way.

Summer looks like this was the best time ever! I'm glad you and she got a good run in! And that the two of you work to keep the beach tidy... You are both very good citizens!

We both got some good exercise and the contractor was finished by the time we got home. It worked out perfectly.
