Ok my #debian with not #flatpak didn't work. There are some apps I need ... like #fractal
#nheko is a nice, but (personally) I really can't stand qt. Simply don't like.
Mainly all #gnome circle apps work great....
So having a stable #debian base with some "new" flatpaks might be a good plan for me.
Because I forced myself not to distrohop for a year ... I still have 337 with debian to go ;)

I can recommend this so much! I run for about 4 years now debian stable (again) with flatpaks enabled for software, I really need in a recent version.
No issues at all so far, very happy with this setup.
My base is rock stable, in case I need some more recent kernel or mesa, I get it from backports.
And every other software will come from flatpak. In case of a browser like firefox, you may also benefit from flatpaks sandbox.
