Had been wondering about the booing of US vice president JD Vance at the #2026winterolympicgames opening ceremony which I watched on TV here in #Milan #Italy. I didn't hear any boos. Today I talked to someone who was at the opening ceremony in person and this person confirmed that Vance was booed as was the team from Iran. The TV in Italy had turned down the boo volume, it seems.
