maybe you're not completely serious, but this kind of thing is an issue here. I know many don't care about growth but that's obviously deterred when potential newbies expect their ability to federate requires quite close agreement on politics etc. imagine trying to get people to move from AOL to the web if browsing was so tightly controlled. of course unwanted tagging should be policed harshly, but that's like email spam. rarely stumbling on stuff you don't like is life on the web.

As example: right now imagine AryanSoldier88 at garrysmodworldwar2roleplay dot com comments something awful on the replies.
If I report him, the report only goes to that server. I would like a way of telling other servers “hey this user is problematic” without having to go through the hashtag fediblock
