Also, this book follows directly on from Wyrd Sisters and both books use as a viewpoint character a king who dies and becomes a ghost, both of whom are rather thick in life but find greater clarity of thought in death.
@martin Been rereading them in order and this really got me too, it's such a specific setup for a book and he does it twice in a row? Like, Pterry, did you not get all the possible jokes out of your system the first time around?!
