Pretty brisk bike ride but I'm satisfied with the action on the new derailleur cable, and it was nice to be out in the sun.
The place where I photographed the water and ice is where I dropped a phone a few years ago, almost to the day. I retrieved the dearly departed the following June when the water levels receded enough to find it again. Oops.
Thin ice in round and abstract shapes as it's formed on the surface of a stream, wrapping itself around sticks. The water is brownish, coloured by tannins from plant material.
Rocky stream with some topped with green moss and lots of frothy water as it rushes past.
