Hey Linux nerds over 40 who've never quite gotten over their Winamp Wistfulness, pspspspsps
@darkuncle@infosec.exchange @keengrasp@layer8.space @ifixcoinops@retro.social @drwho@masto.hackers.town it really whips the lllama's ass.
@ifixcoinops what I remember from that time is being amazed that music no longer required a physical medium; that something I wanted to hear could be just … traded from friends on IRC. I haven’t felt that sense of wonder with a technology in a long time.
@ifixcoinops what, *me* run milkdrop 3 in wine?
It's a slight PITA 'cause you've gotta download the skin, change its extension to .zip, open a file manager as root and copy the skin zip to /usr/share/audacious/Skins
But a small price to pay to whip the llama's ass
🐰 Daddy, when will I be big enough to whip the llama's ass
Okay fine, Linux users over 40 AND those among us who are both younger than 40 on paper and old beyond their years in appreciation of the llama's ass
