I can't see any point where she drove AT an ice agent with intent, they tried to open the driver door and she drove off, just going about what ever she was doing. So hardly self defense and hardly as if the ice agent was attached to the car.
In fact, in a situation such as this could not a driver panic and put foot on accelerator? This could explain why the car drove off. Saying that, if a criminal wanted to speed off they would do, and it is that which causes injuries to anyone else involved.
Thank you for sharing, I hope the witness esp the one who filmed this does not get targeted in anyway in an attempt to silence.
Seems zero justification and there was a good few ice agents attending.
