Kikis Delivery Service is a lovely wholesome movie. I think I lines Howl's Moving Castle art and animation more, but Kiki is so cute and wonderfully wholesome. Highly recommend.
I've also seen Totoro and that's just magical.
Maybe I'll watch Ponyo or Nausica next. Any suggestions?

my favourites are: Nausicaa for its evergreen story, Pom Poko for its whimsicality, Princess Mononoke for its passion and nature themes, and Porco Rosso for its wits.

@ozoned Ponyo is more like Kiki, and Nausica moves towards something different thematically - but it’s also a very great movie.
