@ozoned also getting people on who want to plug stuff they are working on is great, because it encourages them to do outreach for you!
@ozoned I think it all comes down to community involvement. The specifics probably don't matter as much as consistency and making contacts. I think you are already doing great at that. I would love to see repeat guests, whenever you have no one lined up, I would even be open to being one.
Making sure to get your guests to boost is great as well. Fedi is hard to make stuff circulate on... but a clips channel might help, especially if you get community help in making clips.
