Přes můstek tlaků, kterým jsou politici vystavováni při "konání", k tomuto ( @xChaos ):

V ideálu "občanské společnosti", kde někteří chodí do "práce" a tam v rámci "pracovní doby" a "pracovních povinností" spravují (nikoliv: vládnou), ale i při tom a i po práci jsme jsme všichni rovní občané. Žádné dělení na "vládce" a "poddané". Ale: ve skutečnosti(?) si nejsme tak úplně rovni a můžeme identifikovat "kastu"(?) "rovnějších občanů" nebo nad-občanů. Teď a tady: pracháči a šéfové korporací. To je ta zlo zóna mezi "správou" a "hřištěm". Poznámka: z podstaty věci hřiště musí umožňovat zločinnost. Gellner ovšem upozorňuje na to, že tady to, co chápeme jako zločinnost, je nutnou součástí systému. Kdo tohle promýšlí? Viz také otáčecí dveře -- přecházení mezi privilegovanými(?) postaveními (1) v rámci spravy a (2) v rámci "podnikání". Nemám ujasněno!

Zkouším věřit tomuhle: že přijímaná / sdílená představa (ta správná) "jak politika" selhává. Ta představa selhává. Odtud deziluze(?). Vytváření (té chybné): "oni si to tam nahoře stejně nějak udělají". S tím souvisí hranice(??) mezi "správou" a "hřištěm". Jaký je rozdíl mezi "správním"(?) podnikem a "hřišťovým"(?) podnikem, který žije z veřejných zakázek. Tam ta hranice, podle mě, sahá až do toho podniku, a na jeho šéfy a účetnictvní a transparenci by měly být více "správní" než "hřišťové". Tato oblast nemá teorii? Kde je ta teorie? A přitom je současné fungování například Evropské unie klíčová. (Opakování: Evropská unie jako jedna ze 167 správních jednotek úrovně 1. Evropská unie jako územní sociální systém. Zahrnuje zakázku na odvoz odpadu v každé Lhotě.)

(Opakující se druh objevu: představa škatulí nemá vést k představě jejich disjunktnosti, pojem "hranice" je problematický, podstatné je to, co se děje na hranici, škatule jsou otevřené, bez jasných hranic, prostupují se, předávají si "hmotu", "subsystémy", cokoliv.)

(Přesto: tvořme škatule!)
