I run a small business and I would like to accept credit / debit card payments on my Android phone running #GrapheneOS

Does anyone know of an app or paired terminal which will work?

SumUp asked me to turn off Developer Tools, but still said the device didn't meet the security requirements for accepting payments.
They offer a Bluetooth paired card reader - but I don't want to spend £30 if it won't work with Graphene.
Anyone have experience *receiving* tap-to-pay on their GrapheneOS device?

Weil die Frage wirklich oft kommt: Aus Sicherheits- und auch aus Datenschutzperspektive gibt es aktuell kein besseres Android als GrapheneOS. Das System setzt konsequent auf Hardening, schnelle Updates und ein sauberes App-Sandboxing – ohne Google-Zwang. Wer maximale Kontrolle will, bekommt sie: Google-Dienste sind optional und laufen (falls gewünscht) als normale Apps in der Sandbox. Ideal, wenn ihr euer Smartphone sicher und zugleich datensparsam betreiben wollt.

Setting up different profiles on #GrapheneOS is game changing. I couldn't get my banking app to work without compromising some privacy settings on my main profile. I set up a second profile and changed the settings to be more permissive for that app and... voilà! Works like a charm.

Apparently it wasn't me fucking with the setup on my phone that broke it 🤔 there's a new version of the #Listenbrainz app out and it's magically working again without me doing anything lol fun couple hours wasted troubleshooting the other day 🥴

Je viens d'acheter un très vieux téléphone en très bon état pour y installer une version alternative d'Android, sans google.
Ma question est : comment expliquer à mes clients et mes élèves que je n'aurais bientôt plus WhatsApp 😅
